When I first became a coach, I realized the importance of building a strong foundation. I immersed myself in studying proven methodologies and refining my skills, laying the groundwork for success and helping others achieve lasting transformation.
Even though on the outside, it looked like I did it all and had it all, in reality, I was crumbling inside. While I was serving others, had many friends, and was well connected, I felt unheard, unseen, not understood, isolated and out of alignment with my most important person, my husband..

I rode that roller coaster for years, but the day I grabbed a bottle of pills, intending to consume them, only to find it was the wrong bottle, I saw that God had my back and had a purpose for me. I realized I ACTUALLY wanted to live… to be TRULY alive and thrive, not just survive, so I stepped off that not-so-merry-go-round, and got the support I needed to take responsibility for myself and revitalize my marriage..
I also decided to seek support, recognizing the power of collaboration and growth.

We've now been married almost 33 years, and after 39 years together, still enjoying one day at a time, one moment at a time..
